First-time setup takes less than a minute. Once it’s ready and connected to WiFi, you can monitor and control the device through the Moonboon app on your smartphone with a secure and private connection. This gives you the reassurance of staying connected to your baby even when you’re in another room or out of the house.

Powered by advanced technology, the monitor is equipped with AI cry detection that focuses only on the sounds that matter, such as your baby’s cries, grunts, and fussing, while filtering out background noise like barking dogs or doorbells. All orders are prepared with great care and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days - please note that in periods of high order volume or during holiday and vacation periods, delays may occur.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of having received it. Returns are administered through our return portal. A small fee will be deducted for shipping when you use the portal for your return.
